Delivery Options/T & C's

All orders received before 1.00pm will be dispatched on the same day (Excluding Weekends). Orders placed after 1.00pm will leave the following day. 

Standard Delivery is available within the UK for all orders  including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands,  and the Channel Islands and typically takes 2-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery is available within the UK for orders placed before 2pm  Monday to Friday.  Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands,  and the Channel Islands.  Bank Holiday exceptions apply.

Please note:

  • Orders placed Friday before 2pm would be delivered the following Monday. 
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday  would be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Bank Holiday exceptions apply.

In most cases for international deliveries, we use DHL or Parcel Force.. We endeavour to deliver shipments within an estimated 7 working days; however this varies depending on location.

We are not liable for any customs & import charges your country puts on imports. We recommend checking with your Government border & Imports departments before placing orders, to check what charges may be incurred and what restrictions your country may have against certain goods. Please also note the website will automatically calculate your postage for international orders. In some cases, the postage may be incorrect. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping the goods.

We offer free delivery  (excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands, and the Channel Islands on large, heavy, equipment items such as tables, drying cabinets and baths which are dispatched with a specialist carrier.  Pallet deliveries are only available Monday to Friday. Bank Holiday exceptions apply.  In the event of a failed delivery delivery you will incur a £50 + VAT failed delivery charge.

We will always contact you to arrange pallet deliveries prior to dispatch.

Please note that pallets are delivered curbside.

Please note that palletised items cannot currently be shipped to Northern Ireland.

The website updates stock simultaneously to make sure that in most cases, the items you order will be in stock. However, in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you regarding this and give you an option to cancel or replace with an alternative.

Please note our office business hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.  All orders placed at the weekend will be processed and dispatched on a Monday.

Once your order has left our warehouse, the responsibility for them passes onto the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier’s performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate. Damages and shortages must be notified within 24 hours. We also recommend that when signing for parcels, customers sign for the parcel as unchecked or damaged (if damaged) so that in the unlikely event there is a problem we can resolve this quickly and effectively.
