Our E-Gift vouchers make a great gift for any groomer or passionate pet owner!   Our e-gift vouchers cover all products in our range. Your e-gift voucher will be emailed to the email address on the order at a date specified by you.

Gift Vouchers Information

Please note that under the 'send to' and 'confirm email' sections, you MUST give the email of the recipient of the voucher, not your own email. The email address in this field is the only one that the gift voucher will be valid for, to save other people using your voucher code.

From: (Person(s) name sending/paying for the voucher)
Delivery Date: (Please choose the date you would like the recipient to receive the voucher)
Send To: (Email address of the person receiving the voucher)
Confirm Email: (Please confirm the email address of the person receiving the voucher)

Please ensure that the email address you give is that of the recipient or they will not be able to redeem their voucher.

Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on the purchase date and not on the date of issue and is valid for 6 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice.

Confirmation of the gift voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Professional Grooming Supplies Limited. Gift vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted gift vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.

You may purchase more than one gift voucher at the same time.

Redemption

To redeem your voucher go to www.professionalgroomingsupplies.com, login to your account and access the gift voucher section where you will be able to see your voucher.  If you do not have an account registered to this email address, simply register for free. Your voucher will not work with any other email address except the one it was originally sent to. Please note that this gift voucher is valid for 6 months only.

If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.
